Safety topics include basic water safety, healthy swimming, safe water entry, helping yourself and others in an emergency, use of lifejackets, safe weather conditions for swimming, and waterpark safety. Skills: Shallow dive Head-first surface dive to 7 ft. and retrieve object Flip turn: Front crawl Flip turn: Back crawl Tread water, 2 min. using different kicks Front crawl, 50 yd. Once the DVD is returned to our office you will get $10 refunded back to your original form of payment. Brass includes Trombone, Trumpet, French Horn, Tuba and Baritone. Lakeville Area Community Education is collaborating with the middle and elementary school band teachers to offer group band lessons this summer. Students will receive an introduction to their band instrument and the fundamentals of playing. This class is great preparation for the fall school band program. Depending upon the number of students in the groups, instrument groups may be split up. During the registration process, you will be asked to indicate the instrument you are playing, as well as if you or the school owns it, or if you are renting it from a company. *If you are renting from a music company we will need to know which company. This is so the instructors can have your instrument ready for you on the first day.
