Starkson Family Preplanning Specialists are excited to partner with Lakeville Community Ed to offer an educational series designed to help residents make informed, confident decisions about end-of-life planning. This four-part series provides clear, compassionate guidance on topics that are often misunderstood or avoided, but impact every family. Across four 60-minute sessions, participants will learn about preplanning and why it matters, traditional funerals and cremation options, green burial and water cremation, monuments and memorialization, wills, probate, and essential legal considerations, and protecting yourself from senior scams. Each session encourages open conversation, practical takeaways, and thoughtful planning—without pressure or sales. Whether attendees are planning for themselves, a loved one, or simply want to be informed, this series offers valuable knowledge to help them make choices that reflect their values and wishes. Starkson Family Preplanning Specialists play diverse roles within our organization, contributing to the overall strength of the death care industry. Their experience in connecting with people and guiding families with compassion make them perfect messengers to share this valuable information with Lakeville residents.

Ages 18 and up Experience relaxation and calm through sound healing, reiki, guided visualization and breathwork all while floating on an air mat in the pool. Eye pillows and head towels will be provided. Please wear comfortable clothing that can get wet or your swim suit and bring a towel. In most cases you will stay dry on the air mat for the complete class. Must know how to swim. Embark on this complete wellness water floating class to soothe the soul this summer. Lifeguard will help all participants on and off of the air mat. *If you wish to float in the water without a mat, please reach out to katey.radant@isd194.org directly. *There are limited spots available in the class, so sign up early! *Pre-registration required. If you have noticed hip, thigh, or butt spread, sitting may be weakening your lower body muscles. In this workshop, you will learn the 10 Minute Miracle Exercise series to strengthen muscles, boost metabolism, increase bone density, and reduce saddlebags by two inches in two weeks. You will also learn techniques for water weight, fat metabolism, and lymph drainage. Please have a resistance band tied in a loop.

Celebrate the season with a festive collection of creative drawing projects! In this session, students continue developing their artistic skills while creating bold and imaginative artwork inspired by animals, objects, and holiday themes. Artists will begin with colorful Cake Pops,focusing on proportion and texture. A powerful Monster Truck drawing introduces perspective and bold line work, while a beautifully patterned Elephant helps students explore shape, balance, and color. Holiday-inspired drawings such as a cheerful Holiday Puppy and a festive Bunny with a Present add a playful seasonal touch while reinforcing strong drawing techniques.
