Ages 15 and up Become certified in American Red Cross Lifeguarding for pools and waterparks, First Aid and CPR/AED for the Professional Lifeguard. This course will be offered in a blended learning format. Online material will be available one week prior to the start of class. Online module completion is required prior to the first day of the course. If the online modules are not completed prior to the class start date, the student cannot participate in the course. All in person sessions will be held at Century Middle School Pool/Pool Classroom. Attendance at all class sessions is mandatory. **Registration closes on July 30 at 7 am to allow time for participants to complete online modules prior to the first in person class. Refunds will not be issued after the course materials are sent. This course needs 5 students to run. Age Prerequisite: 15 years of age by the first day of the class. Skill Prerequisites: Prerequisite skills will be evaluated at the beginning of the first day. Those who do not meet the skill requirements will not be allowed to stay for the class. Only a partial refund will be issued if students cannot complete the prerequisite as this takes a spot from another potential student. Lifeguarding Swim-Tread-Swim Sequence Swim 150 yards using the front crawl, breaststroke or a combination of both. - Swimming on the back or side is not permitted. - Swim goggles are allowed. Maintain position at the surface of the water for 2 minutes by treading water using only the legs. Swim 50 yards using the front crawl, breaststroke or a combination of both. Timed Event - Complete a timed event within 1 minute, 40 seconds Starting in the water, swim 20 yards. - The face may be in or out of the water. - Swim goggles are not allowed. Surface dive (feet-first or head-first) to a depth of 7 to 10 feet to retrieve a 10-pound object. Return to the surface and swim 20 yards on the back to return to the starting point, holding the object at the surface with both hands and keeping the face at or near the surface. Exit the water without using a ladder or steps.

Grades 2-5 (Fall 2026) In this class, you won’t just learn science…you’ll DO science. Make and take home a lava lamp, hover disc, explosive volcano, and...of course...SLIME! Use all of these experiments to explore and discover the scientific method. Don your white coat and goggles…it’s time to begin your own journey to becoming a mad scientist (cue maniacal laugh)! NOTE: All experiments are physical experiments, not chemical. Students will be provided safety goggles to wear during class. This is a “Pay Later” course! Ages 5-7 This one-to three-day camp welcomes riders of all experience levels to improve their skills in a supportive setting. Participants work in groups based on their ability to receive instruction tailored to their specific needs. The curriculum covers essential horse care, including grooming and tacking, alongside barn safety and responsible handling. Riders practice balance and control through various obstacle patterns and skill challenges. Those ready for the open path participate in a guided trail ride experience outside the arena. This program offers a practical way for students to build confidence and horsemanship alongside peers of similar skill.

Grades 5-8 (Fall 2026) Start your adventure as a Money Explorer and discover the world of finance! Students will dive into the camp by playing games and doing activities to earn their very own simulated money! Throughout the week, they’ll take on fun roles and face challenges that help them learn how to spend, save, and share their earnings. As they explore the world of money, they'll unlock valuable skills in budgeting, goal-setting, and making smart financial decisions. With every game and activity, they'll discover the power of money management in creative and engaging ways. On the final day of camp, their hard-earned cash will come to life as they get to shop for cool prizes at the simulated store! By the end of the week, students will feel like true Money Explorers, ready to use their new skills in the real world!

Ages 8-14 Riders with prior experience expand their capabilities through technical challenges and independent horsemanship. This program focuses on precision, balance, and control as participants work in ability-based groups to ensure safe and focused instruction. Beyond traditional arena work, campers practice advanced horse care, including grooming and tacking, while developing leadership and communication skills. The curriculum includes a trail ride featuring outdoor obstacles that require practical application of learned techniques. This course provides an environment for experienced students to increase their confidence and mastery of horse handling.

Ninja Summer Camp | Ages 6-13 This summer give your child an American Ninja Warrior Experience! Young Ninjas develop strength and agility during this camp by learning different styles and techniques to master all obstacles! We have warped walls, angled steps, salmon ladders, cliff hangers, tilted ladders; everything you need to put your ninja skills to work! This camp transfers well into ninja levels testing or enhances other athletic performances.
