My Name is Hollie Carr. I am a survivor, lover of all things inverted, abundance seeker, wellness warrior, mom of boys and dog lover. I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Precision Nutrition Coach, Yoga Instructor and Mobility Expert! I have been teaching and coaching for over 7 years, I hold numerous certifications and have a degree in Exercise Science. I'm your "One Stop Shop" for fitness, nutrition and learning sustainable habits that will carry you to the life you enjoy! I am always learning and educating myself for the benefit of my clients. I focus on functional movement training and the skills you learn with me you can incorporate into your daily life. When you focus on the little things it allows you to move better, live better & feel better! Education is a huge passion of mine. I love research and learning new skills so I can pass that knowledge onto my clients. Step outside your box and challenge yourself to make positive changes in your life! I can help you get there!
