Pound Fitness (all ages)

Hi, my name is Stephanie McDonald, and I have been teaching group exercise classes for over 20 years. I have experience teaching aerobics, strength, balance and group cycle. I got certified in teaching Pound in 2020. I fell in love with this class format right away. It really doesn't feel like you're exercising because you are having so much fun! I think any type of exercise is good, you just have to find something you enjoy. I look forward to seeing you in Pound class starting in September.

Pound Pro and Master Level certified in 2021; Pound Unplugged certified in 2023; Rebel Heart Club since 1984. My classes are focused on the 3 elements of “True Fun” (i.e. Play, Connection, and Flow - see Catherine Price) I’ll teach you to let go of perfectionism, love your body as it is today, and above all else, have fun. I am Tracie Schendel and I’ve been a POUND Pro for the last 5 years. I have made it my mission to assist other’s in finding joy through fun, fitness, and community through my 14 years as a Recreational Therapist and now, a fitness instructor. I find it rewarding to assist those of all ages and abilities to overcome their emotional and physical barriers to lead healthy, meaningful lifestyles.
