Ages 4-5 This is a beginner to advanced beginner level class. It teaches the basics of men’s gymnastics events including rings, vault, pommel horse/mushroom, floor, and high bar. Our program is designed to keep pace with the high energy levels of young boys, while also improving strength, coordination, flexibility, and confidence. For Dynamic Dudes, Ages 6 and up, click HERE. Dynamic Dudes is typically divided into two age groups: ages 4–5 and ages 6 and over. Lakeville Community Ed reserves the right to combine these age groups if enrollment is low.
