Ages 18+ Swim laps at your own pace or walk in the shallow end of the lap pool, space permitting for water walking. Equipment is available for use including kickboards, pull buoys and fins. Exercise belts are available for deep water exercise in the diving well at Century Middle School. Pool water temperature is 80-82 degrees. Locker rooms and showers are available. There is no ramp or stairs at the CMS Pool, however, there is a lift, if needed to get into and out of the pool. Please notify katey.radant@isd194.org in advance if you will need to use the lift.
