Black Squad - Elementary Exhibition Cheer TeamElementaryWelcome to Black Squad! Grades: 5–6 (2026–2027 School Year) Our most advanced recreational elementary cheer team for athletes in grades 5–6! This squad bridges the gap between beginner-level cheer and our Elementary Competitive teams. It’s the perfect place for athletes ready to level up their skills without the full commitment of competition cheer. Designed to build confidence and technique, this team will focus on foundational elements of a traditional cheer routine, including: Jumps Tumbling (beginner/intermediate) Stunting basics Team synchronization and formations While competitive in spirit, BLACK SQUAD remains recreational in structure, with a lighter practice and event schedule, making it ideal for athletes eager to improve in a supportive environment. The team will showcase their progress at 3–4 local exhibitions throughout the season. These fun, low-pressure events allow athletes to perform in front of an audience and celebrate their growth as a team. Note: Strong attendance is key to team success! Consistent practice participation helps athletes build trust, timing, and skills together. There are two registration options: New – for athletes who do not have a uniform. Returner – for athletes who purchased a uniform last year that still fits. All of our recreational teams wear the same uniforms, so families don’t need to buy a new one each year if it still fits.
