Karate Kid's Night Out

Ages 7 - 11

Parents, drop your kids off for a Karate Kid’s Night Out and have a night out yourself while they burn energy! The class will include karate basics, group games and activities, and will include some free time for playing in the open gymnasium. There will be a break around 6:30pm, so please pack something for your child to eat (no food provided). The evening will end with a guided relaxation to wind down from the high energy activities.

No karate experience necessary.
