Designed for students, travelers, and professionals alike, this program teaches realistic defenses against the 20 most common attacks on women, including hair grabs, choke holds, and bear hugs. Beyond physical techniques, you'll master awareness principles and verbal strategies for setting firm boundaries in any situation. Join independently or with your daughter or a friend to build strength and resilience in a supportive, fun environment. Every session introduces new skills, all centered on one essential truth: You are worth defending! *Students under 18 require a parent to be present on the first day of class to sign their waiver. Students under 14 must be accompanied by an adult*
