Ninjas develop strength and agility during this 8 weeklong course by learning different styles and techniques to master all obstacles! We have warped walls, angled steps, salmon ladders, cliff hangers, tilted ladders; all Ninja inspired obstacles! Increase flexibility, problem-solving, and coordination that can be transferred into ninja levels testing or enhance other athletic performances. All classes are coached by an experienced Ninja Trainer.

Conquer Ninja Gyms are ninja warrior training and obstacle course facilities located in Minnesota. These are the ONLY facilities in the metro area dedicated to individuals seeking ninja warrior and obstacle adventure race training.

Our gym is specifically designed for both kids (ages 5 and up) and adults. We have full size and smaller scale obstacles. Our trainers have diverse backgrounds in obstacle training and many have competed on the show, American Ninja Warrior!
