Morgan graduated from Mount Vernon High School in Mount Vernon, Ohio in 2017. She began cheering in 6th grade and continued cheering throughout middle school and high school, developing a strong love for the sport and the teamwork and dedication it requires. After graduating, she attended The Ohio State University where she studied radiology before discovering a passion for travel and aviation. Morgan is now a flight attendant with Delta Air Lines and moved to Minnesota in 2021 for her career. She loves the energy and community that cheer brings and is excited to be part of the Lakeville Cheer program.

Allison graduated from Rock Hill High School in Ironton, Ohio in 2014. She started cheering in elementary school in 2006 and cheered all the way through graduation, as well as running track. After she graduated high school she went to the University of Wisconsin-Madison and received a Bachelors degree in History with a minor in European Studies in 2018. She cheered for the Badgers co-ed team for her junior/senior year for both football and basketball (2016-2018). She loves all things cheer and is so excited to be working with the Lakeville teams!

Kristy Woods has been passionate about cheerleading since she first became a cheerleader in high school. She graduated from Maple Grove High School in 2001 and went on to cheer at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, where she competed and coached the Cheer and Stunt Team. After graduating, Kristy returned to Maple Grove High School as a coach, eventually leading the program for 10 years. During her tenure, she coached athletes at all levels, from elementary to varsity, and took her varsity teams to nationals multiple times. After stepping away from cheer, she has been coaching CrossFit for about 10 years, and is excited to return to the sport and bring her experience in both cheer and strength training to her athletes. Kristy is passionate about helping athletes recognize their full potential, both on and off the mat. She believes the lessons learned in cheerleading—teamwork, perseverance, and confidence—translate into lifelong skills, and she is dedicated to fostering a positive and empowering environment for her athletes.
