This level is for athletes on LVE, LVA, and MS athletes with a solid round-off, or cheerleaders working toward their back handspring.

For tumblers ready to take it to the next level. We progress through back walkovers, back handspring drills, and the conditioning and technique needed to land them confidently. Spotting and progressions are tailored to each athlete's readiness.
