DAYTIME Water Exercise - Full Spring/Summer Session or 1 day per week

Ages 16 and up

Looking for a full body water workout? This class is great for those looking for a low impact water workout all while building strength and endurance using the properties of water. Class is conducted in shallow and deep water. Floatation via a float belt or a noodle is provided for deep water exercises, if preferred.

All equipment is provided. Locker rooms and showers are available. There is no ramp or stairs at the CMS pool, however, there is a lift, if needed, to get into and out of the pool. Please notify katey.radant@isd194.org in advance if you will need to use the lift.

CENTURY MIDDLE SCHOOL, 10:15-11 AM: Tuesdays and Thursdays, May 12-July 30. NO CLASSES July 7 & 9.

**Pool water temperature at the Century Middle School pool is 80-82 degrees.
